Garry D Olson Company offers high quality services in each of the following areas.

Windows

To ensure that all rotted wood and mold is removed, we recommend going to the rough opening. All our window installations include; removal, install, inside and outside trim, clean-up and manufacturer’s warranty.


Siding

Existing siding is removed and we replace rotted sheathing up to 100 sq. ft. at no additional cost. The entire home is wrapped with a code approved housewrap vapor barrier. We install 4” bituminous wrap around openings to prevent moisture infiltration. We install all types of siding; Vinyl, Aluminum, Steel, Fiber Cement, and Shakes.


Roofing

We remove existing shingles to bare deck. This allows us to do a complete inspection of the roof. We replace any rotted sheathing up to 100 sq. ft. at no additional cost. Ice & Water Shield is installed 6 feet up from warm wall. All stacks, vents and valleys are replaced. We will protect flowers and plants with plywood. All debris from job is thoroughly cleaned up.


Gutters

We use seamless aluminum 5”-6” gutters and 3”x 4” downspouts. We install gutter flashing and fascia hangers to protect roof shingles. We also will remove and haul away old gutters and downspouts.


Doors

We recommend high quality steel and fiberglass entry doors. This includes removal of old door, insulation of new door with new hardware and inside and outside trim, stained and painted.



All commercial projects and all roofing and siding projects have a project manager on site for the duration of your projects.


All of our installations include a receipt, lien waiver, five year labor warranty and a manufacturer’s warranty when provided.
